What are Helplines?Helplines provide help, support, and referrals for people in crisis or needing someone to talk too. Most Helplines are confidential, safe, and open 24 hours a day.
What is a Crisis Respite? Mental Health Crisis Respite Centers help people avoid going to an emergency room or psychiatric hospital when they are experiencing an emotional or psychiatric crisis.
