Emergency Housing in New York City

Homeless Shelter in New York City

New York City provides anyone with the need for shelter regardless of circumstances. New York City leads the way in serving its shelterless and homeless populations. Being the only City in the Nation mandated by its Government, New York City shelters over 30,000 people a night and houses over 100,000 people a year. The only thing a person needs to do if they need shelter is to show up to an intake center and ask for help. It’s that simple.
