Listing Your Holiday Event with helpNYC...

  • Event Registration remains open until December 30th. Listings are added to the website throughout the campaign.

  • There is no fee to be listed. We are funded by private donors and foundations.

  • Your organization or program doesn’t have to be an established helpNYC Partner to participate.

  • helpNYC only lists low-barrier programs that serve New Yorkers in need

  • The event must be held in The Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Staten Island, and Queens of New York City.

  • Events must be free or "Pay What You Wish" and open to the public.

  • All listings are reviewed and verified before being listed on the Resource Navigator.

  • Our listings are not partial to ​​any secular, denomination, or political organization or institution--private or public. All are encouraged to list with us.

Before you begin...

We suggest you gather the following information to help you with registering.

  • Presenting Organization Information including their website and social media tags if applicable.

  • Event Name

  • Event Date(s) & Time(s)

  • Event Location (actual physical address or closest cross street that can be verified.)

  • Event description (What should participants expect?)

  • Pre-registration requirements and directions, if applicable.

  • Participation Requirements and Restrictions (i.e. age, identification needs, registration, cooking facilities, zip code, etc.)

  • Dietary options for people who are observant. (i.e. Kosher, Halal, Vegan, Vegetarian)

  • Is there anything that a person should know or bring to the event in order to participate?

NOTE: helpNYC does not list events or services that require participation in religious or sectarian activities including but not limited to sermons, lectures, sales presentations, solicitations, ceremonial observances, or other practices. The helpNYC Corporation reserves the right to refuse the listing of any event without reason.
