Gambian Youth Organization

The Gambian Youth ORganization is the lead organization in fundraising and coordinating with the people directly impacted by the fire at Twin Parks. Before the fire the GYO was a staple in the New York Gambian Community and provided many services to those impacted.

Mayor's Fund to Advance New York City

On January 9, 2022, an apartment building fire in the Bronx took the lives of more than a dozen New Yorkers, including many children, and injured more than 60 others. The Mayor’s Fund to Advance New York City, in partnership with Mayor Eric Adams and The City of New York, is raising money to support victims of this tragic event.

Your cash donation will enable the distribution of emergency relief supplies and provide support for the victims and their families. Your entire donation will go towards helping those impacted by the fire.

ICNA Relief

ICNA Relief is on the ground providing emergency aid and comfort to the families involved. Burial and funeral assistance is available. "We're here to serve our community," said Arshad Jamal, Regional Director as he spoke with individuals.

When New Yorkers need help, the helpNYC is ready to connect them to resources, services, and information to help them find their way again. This is no different in times of crisis.

We work with our partners and organizations to connect New Yorkers impacted by disasters and crises to those who can provide them with help. We coordinate with the leaders on the ground to keep the disaster relief response website updated in real-time.
